On the first floor, the villa comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining/living room, a master suite opening onto the terrace, with its own shower room and toilet, an entrance hall and separate toilet.

Parking spaces inside the property with an electrically gated courtyard.

The swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump for before and after the season. However, it remains an outdoor pool that depends on current weather conditions. Water temperature can vary between 22 and 30 degrees depending on outside day and night temperatures.
