The villa features a beautiful, light-filled living area with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining and lounge spaces.
The sleeping area includes a master suite with a private bathroom (shower and toilet), two additional bedrooms, a second shower room, and a separate toilet.
All three bedrooms are furnished with 160x200cm beds.
Fully renovated and air-conditioned, the villa offers every comfort needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Outside, set on an enclosed 900m² plot, you can enjoy a beautifully furnished terrace with a plancha grill, a garden, and a lovely 6m x 3m swimming pool (heated during the early and late seasons).
Parking is available for two vehicles right in front of the garden.
All this in a quiet setting—ideal for relaxing and enjoying your holiday with a view of the mountains.

A cleaning fee of €150 is payable upon arrival. The tourist tax will be calculated in accordance with local regulations and is also payable upon arrival.
Travel cots, high chairs, baby bouncers, and booster seats are available for rent upon request and subject to availability.
